MV Isle of Lewis












 MV Isle of Lewis arriving at Oban , Originally built to operate between Ullapool and Stornoway, Isle of Lewis rarely deviated from that route for 20 years. Since March 2016, she has served the Isle of Barra all year round from Oban.

MV Portree


 MV Portree was a ferry, built in 1965 for the Skye crossing. In 1970, she was re-built and moved to the Kyles of Bute where she served until 1986.

Mauldslie Bridge












 Mauldslie Bridge is a three-segmental-arch bridge in Dalserf, South Lanarkshire, Scotland. It crosses the River Clyde between the A72 road and the former location of Mauldslie Castle. Built in 1861, and now a Category A listed structure, the bridge is believed to be the work of David Bryce. Mauldslie Castle West Lodge and archway stands at the western end of the bridge. 

The bridge was built for James Hozier, 2nd Baron Newlands, to serve the now demolished Mauldslie Castle.

Troon Town

Troon is a beach resort town in south Ayrshire, probably best known for its many golf courses, the most famous being Royal Troon.

Up until the 1980s Troon was a shipbuilding town with the famous Ailsa ship building company dating back to the 1880s

Troon has the main fish market in south west Scotland, the harbour theses days is mainly used for the transportation of timber around the Firth of Clyde
