Q Varl B29 on the slip at Nobles boatyard Girvan.
Q Varl Fishing Co Ltd, the company associated with the vessel Qvarl BM 29, was ordered to pay £17,310 in fines and associated costs in April 2021 for scallop dredging offences that occurred in 2019.

Stella Maris seen at Troon Harbour, she was originally named Auriga (AR 147).
She was involved in an incident where she ran aground in the Arran Marine Protected Area (MPA) in August 2020 .

Quantis photographed at Oban a few years ago. In 2008 her Crewe were winched to safety by a Royal Navy Sea King helicopter.
The trawler was taking in water while fishing close to the Isle of Pladda ,the boat was towed to Campbeltown harbour.
