MV Isle of Arran

Hyndford Bridge







 Hyndford Bridge built 1773, engineer Alexander Stevens. A 4-span bridge with segmental arches of unequal size. The arch rings are of dressed stone.

The bridge carries the A73 over the Clyde about two miles south-east of Lanark.

Ocean Endeavour








 MS Ocean Endeavour is a cruise ship built in Poland in 1981.

On 5 September 2019, passengers of Adventure Canada on Ocean Endeavour were the first members of the public to visit the site of the wreck of HMS Erebus, one of the two ships of the ill-fated Franklin expedition which aimed to traverse the North-West Passage through the Canadian Arctic Archipelago.[

Liva Greta






 Greta Marine purchased the 1988 veteran vessel in a UK admiralty auction following action by Mersey Docks and Harbour Co, the ship sold for a mere £55,000 GBP.

On 22 June 2022, whilst on passage to Corpach, she ran aground on the east side of the Sound of Mull, immediately east of the Northern Lighthouse Board’s Botha Bhuilg buoy. She was refloated on the rising tide and able to make her way to Corpach for damage assessment.
