TS Jack Petchey




 The TS Jack Petchey, is a British-flagged training ship, named after Jack Petchey OBE. The Jack Petchey is part of the Offshore Fleet of the Sea Cadet Corps, and is used to take 12 Sea Cadets to sea, although she comes alongside most nights she does have the capability to carry out extended passages. Whilst at sea the Sea Cadets aboard the Jack Petchey are able to put into practical use their seamanship and navigational training, as well as earning RYA (Royal Yachting Association)

Bleo Holm

 Escape Pods at Bowling Harbour, the pods have been converted as use as a house boat and can be booked on Air bnb.

The pods came from the Bleo Holm a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO) .

She was partly built on the Clyde at UIE Clydebank 1999.

Northern Rib Grumpy and Thumper











On the 2nd of February the 105 meter drill ship Valaris DS4 broke its moorings in a 70 mph wind while it was laid up at Hunterson ,although there was no visible sign of pollution counter pollution boats were brought in to survey the area.
