Queen Mary 2

On the 15 May 2013 Queen Mary 2 paid a visit to Greenock Ocean Terminal.
She appeared at the Tail of the Bank at 0752 and a splendid sight she was in the early morning sunlight.

As she canted at the terminal you could here the sound of the local pipe band who where waiting to greet the passengers,as she tied up she gave a few blasts of her horn which echoed around the town.

UFA

On the 9 May 2013 UFA crashed into the West Pier at Ayr harbour,she was holed above the waterline.
She subsequently made her way to James Watt Dock in Greenock to be inspected by the appropriate authorities.
