MPI Adventure

MPI Adventure was put into service in 2011 as the next generation of offshore installation and maintenance vessel. This makes the MPI Adventure suitable for the transport, lifting and installation of foundations and wind turbines. The vessel adds functionality to the offshore wind installation fleet.

MV Glen Sanox

The troubled Glen Sanox which is running almost two years late,Fergusons claim design changes have caused problems and have required loans from the Scottish Goverment to help the company.

CalMac blame the shipbuilders and have hinted that they may take the ship else were to be finished.

Hunterson Wind Turbine

Experimental wind turbine at Hunterson Largs,it was joined by two other wind turbines.
They have now been removed,local residents complained about low frequency noise making them unwell.
