HMS Queen Elizabeth

  




HMS Queen Elizabeth lower block four departing from Govan ship yard on her way to Rosyth Fife,the journey is expected to take about nine days.

The journey from Glasgow to Greenock was over 4 hours long.

MV Saturn









MV Saturn was a passenger and vehicle ferry operated by Caledonian Macbrayne, built at Ailsa Shipbuilding Company at Troon, she entered service in 1977.
She spent ten years as the Rothesay /Wemyss ferry,from 78 onward she served as Gourock /Dunoon Ardrossan /Arran as well as her original Rothesay route.
She was withdrawn from service August 2011.

Navios Felicity





Navios Felicity, a large bulker with a cargo of coal making her way round the Isle of Cumbrae to Hunterson,the coal is transported by train to Longannet power station on the north bank of the Firth and Forth near the town of Kincardine.

HMS Astute


The hi-tech stealth vessel was taken to the Faslane Naval Base on the Clyde when it suffered "a technical issue with hydraulics", according to a Ministry of Defence (MoD) source.
