HMS Duncan D37
HMS Duncan launched from the Govan shipyard on the 11 October 2010.
The 7,500-tonne destroyer may be the last ship to be launched from the yard.
Named after Admiral Duncan, who defeated the Dutch fleet at the Battle of Camperdown in 1797, HMS Duncan is the sixth and final Type 45 destroyer to be built at Govan for the Royal Navy.

Kelvinhaugh Ferry
The Kelvinhaugh ferry ran from Stag Lane close to the Govan Graving Dock to Yorkhill on the North Bank,apparently busy on Saturdays when Rangers were playing at home at near by Ibrox stadium.
She was withdrawn from service in the early 1980s.
The ferry is now preserved by enthusiasts,she usually has one or two outings each year.

Scarborough
Scarborough was launched on the 19 November 2009 in atrocious weather condition,the launch was brought forward by almost an hour as high winds and eddy's from the river were causing concern.
The ship is a offshore patrol vessel for the Trinidad and Tobago navy.
The day after her launch she was moved into a shed to be dry docked were she will remain until fully completed and fitted out.
