Azamara Quest

Azamara Quest heading for KGV Dock Glasgow, a rare sight to see a cruise ship making her way up to Glasgow.
The global pandemic has meant the cruise season was cancelled, the ships being mothballed for the foreseeable future.
Greenock refused peel ports request to anchor twelve ships on the Clyde because of the pandemic, it has to be said that the ships would only have had crewe aboard .

Columbus

Christened by Audrey Hepburn on 23rd March 1989, Columbus was originally launched under Princess Cruises. She was transferred to the P&O Cruises fleet in 1997 where she stayed until 2003 as the former Arcadia. Taking over from Magellan, Columbus became Cruise & Maritime Voyages flagship when she joined the fleet in 2017.

Columbus carries approximately 1,400 passengers accommodated in 775 cabins.

A high wind meant she required the assistance of Svitzer Milford while departing from Grenock.
