Gamebird

Gamebird is a 26-foot Sea Otter narrow boat built in 1998. Her present owners brought her to Scotland in 1999 and she is currently moored on the Union canal at Ratho near Edinburgh.
She is seen here passing Erskine on her way to Glasgow as part of the Commonwealth Flotilla.

Westway Dock, River Cart

Westway Dock on the River Cart being dredged so that Steel Engineering can move larger loads down the Cart into the Clyde.

At work are the tugs Coastrunner, Regis 2 and Split-Hopper-Barge B303.

Peccadillo

Built in 1994,the 50ft long barge normally spends its time sailing on the Forth and Clyde canal,in these pictures she was seen sailing up the Clyde having paid a visit to the tall ships event in Greenock.

Her destination was the sea lock at Bowling Harbour were she re-entered the canal.
